The Double Pallet Closed Body with Rotary from Purvaj Engineers is a fully enclosed fiber laser system built for both sheet and tube cutting, with laser power from 1500W to 30000W and a rotary attachment for tubes up to 12000mm long (10mm–350mm diameter). Its automatic dual-pallet exchange (under 20 seconds) keeps production moving between cycles.
With HIWIN guide rails, YASKAWA servo motors, and a Cypcut control system, it delivers ±0.03mm/mt accuracy at 100mt/min and cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and brass/copper in round, square, rectangular, and oval tube shapes a versatile, safety-enclosed option for high-mix fabrication.
