Engineered for the continuous manufacturing of high-strength FRP composite profiles, Purvaj Engineers’ Pultrusion Machines pull reinforced fibers through resin impregnation and a heated forming die to produce accurate, repeatable sections with consistent cross-sections. Twin Puller Hydraulic System

A reliable and powerful twin-puller automatic hydraulic system delivers the pulling and gripping force required for consistent operation. Smooth and continuous performance is achieved through PLC-regulated flow and proportional derivative valve controls. An integrated water-cooled oil heat exchanger maintains safe operating temperatures and supports long service life. While the system is largely computer-controlled, the operator retains control over system pressure, puller pressure, gripper pressure, and pulling speed as needed.

PLC CONTROL SYSTEM

The machine is equipped with a PLC-based control system from reputed makers like Siemens, Omron, or Schneider for reliable and efficient operation. The system provides digital readout and control of critical parameters such as pulling speed, die heating temperature, and cutting length, with computer communication support for enhanced monitoring. A high-resolution linear scale ensures synchronized and accurate speed feedback to the PID valve, maintaining constant pulling speed even under varying load conditions.

Adjustable MULTI - Heating ZONES

The die station is vertically adjustable through an integrated adjustment system, allowing precise setup and alignment. Configured with 2 to 6 heating zones, the easy-handling heater arrangement supports multi-die adjustments for improved profile quality. All heating zones are controlled by PID controllers for precise and consistent temperature management.

Fiberglass Roving Holding Rack

Positioned at the beginning of the pultrusion line, the resin bath holds the thermoset resin required for continuous profile production. It is manufactured from stainless steel sheet metal and supported by a tubular mild steel frame for durability and stable operation. Each bath is designed with a 30-litre capacity.

Mild steel roving racks are positioned before the carding stand to support fiberglass roving rolls during entry into the machine. They are designed to maintain proper roving alignment, ensure smooth material feeding, and minimize the risk of entanglement during operation.

Accurate AUTO-Cut Saw

The cut saw is integrated with the PLC control system and supported by a high-resolution linear scale that provides precise and synchronized speed feedback. This allows the cut saw to travel in coordination with the moving profile and maintain constant cutting speed throughout the operation. The synchronized feedback system helps ensure accurate cut positioning, cleaner profile separation, and improved dimensional consistency. It also contributes to smoother machine performance and reliable cutting accuracy during continuous pultrusion production.
