Ultra-Heavy Frame Structure

The HSVR series is built on a fully welded, box-type bed table structure engineered for exceptional rigidity and long-term stability. Designed using finite element optimization, the worktable helps compensate for deflection generated during the shearing process, maintaining a consistent blade gap across the full cutting length for higher accuracy and superior cut quality.

High-Quality Shearing Blades

Purvaj Engineers uses premium-grade shear blades developed for extended service life and reduced resharpening requirements. Based on machine capacity, the blades are selected from high-carbon, high-chrome, or high shock-resistant grades to ensure reliable cutting across a wide range of materials, including aluminium, A36 plate, and stainless steel. D2 blades, offering enhanced hardness and wear resistance, are available from model HSVR 2506 onwards.

Squaring Arm Assists Accurate Cutting

Located on the left end of the table is the 600 mm Squaring Arm with a steel rule. An adjustable sliding stop is mounted on the Squaring Arm for front gauging short lengths.

Manual Quick Blade Clearance Adjustments

Blade clearance adjustments is an excellent and necessary feature to obtain high shearing quality. Blade clearance adjustments of our all HSVR models on the both side of the machine, which is easily rotated for the appropriate gauge of metal.

Hold down Clamps

Hydraulically powered hold down clamps are spaced along the entire cutting length of the shear.

Front support Arms (as per HSVR model)

These are available 600 mm 1000 mm and 1200 mm length with roller bearing and mount to the table.

Reliable Hydraulic Systems

Advance compact design hydraulics system is comprised of long life, heavy -duty components mounted on a block. Tubes and connections are minimized, access and serviceability are made easy. The gear pump is quite an extremely reliable and trouble free service.

Rear Sheet support (Optional)

Rear sheet support is very useful for thin sheet cutting in longer width.
